End-to-end manufacturing support and engineering precision from tool design to the finished part. With Moldex3D injection moulding simulation we catch production issues already at the tool design stage. With clamping forces from 30 to 700 tonnes and our own metrology lab we ensure the dimensional accuracy of the parts.
We get back to you within 24 hours of your enquiry.
At Mitter the toolroom and the moulding plant sit side by side. Tool design, toolmaking and series production of the parts therefore happen in one place, in a coordinated way.
If the tool needs changing during ramp-up, there is no shipping to an external toolroom and no coordination between several suppliers: the change is made on site.
The tool and the moulding process are therefore the responsibility of the same team. If a problem comes up in production, you do not have to mediate between two suppliers: the same engineering and production team looks at the fault and the change needed.
The company was founded by Gábor Mitter and is run today by the second generation, Ádám Mitter.
We produce engineering plastic parts in small and medium series. Because tool design, toolmaking and moulding all happen at one site, you avoid the risks and delays that come from coordinating separate suppliers.
We work with 18 injection moulding machines in total, from 30 to 700 tonnes.

Materials we process
Our drying systems ensure the optimal moisture content of critical materials before processing, preventing hidden material defects.
Every step takes place at one site, at Mitter.
Design-for-manufacturing analysis and engineering consulting, with simulation and cost optimisation.
Fast design validation and sample production.
Precision machining and in-house testing.
PPAP documentation and controlled process implementation.
Automated production and lifecycle support, with an automotive quality mindset.

We take over and audit your existing tool. Thanks to our in-house toolroom we inspect incoming tools immediately, optimise them where needed and put them into production as fast as possible, so your manufacturing restarts smoothly with minimal downtime.
